I don't usually have anything really interesting to talk about working at Geek Squad, but here is one:
This man brought in a computer for a diagnostic a couple of days ago. About $4000-$5000, this clueless man had display issues, and a failed HDD in a RAID 1+0 config. One of my co-workers/friend told me that his mom paid for it, and the man was about 20. That prompted me to look through his downloads folder and pictures folder, and I found straight-up porn. Both of us started laughing, which attracted the attention of another one of my co-workers. He did a search for .jpgs, and we found so much porn on the computer. He even said that it wasn't even the good shit.
That made my day. I couldn't stop laughing.
Oh, and just to note, it was all hentai, asian porn (ME ROVE YOU RONG TIME,) and choreographed shit.
